Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the dress which I bought from your internet website.
Firstly, I ordered a size 12 and you sent me a size 16. In addition , I wanted a black dress and you sent me a red one. Finally, your delivery service was really bad, because I paid £10 for the next day delivery and you delivered this item 2 days later.
I will send the dress back because of the wrong size and colour.
I would like to get my money back and I also expect a full refund for the postage paid.
