Dear Sir or Madam.
We are writing to complain about the gym in your college.
Firstly, we registered in your gym and we paid the membership which was £20 for the year. After that we saw that the opening hours of your gym were often wrong. This was because we followed the open hours of the gym and it was closed at these times. So we had to pay for another gym which was £50 weekly and we used it for a month.
In addition some machines in the gym were worn out and unavailable to use.
Finally, we wasted a lot of time waiting outside the gym door but we could not use the gym.
We would like you to give us a full refund.
