I am writing to complain about the shoes I bought in your shop.
Two weeks ago I used your website and I bought a pair of shoes. Firstly, I received my order one week late. In addition the size and the colour were not right. I ordered a size eight, but I received a (size) six , and you sent me brown instead of black. This is not acceptable. Finally, the shoes were too small and I could not wear them.
I would like you to send me the right size and the right colour or a full refund .
