Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about your delivery service.

I ordered a Hot point washing machine from your company. Firstly we agreed a delivery date on the 10^th of March.

I stayed in all day but the delivery never arrived, addition I rang your company to know what happen but nobody provided a suitable answer. I am very unhappy with your company’s service.

Finally I could not stay in all day at home, so I would like a full refund.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
