Dear Sir or Madam

We are writing to complain about the poor service of the no.36 bus service which goes to City College Plymouth.

Firstly, we are very disappointed because the service you provide is not sufficient. The bus which goes to City College is always late and it does not have enough space for all the people who wait for the bus. That is why you have to provide more buses for students to City College Plymouth. In addition the most important thing for me is that the bus does not stop at the places where it should stop. Finally, one bus driver is very arrogant and rude with the students.

We would like you to consider the effectiveness of the service and your choice of driver.
