I am writing to make a complain about your poor service on12/02/2009.
firstly the train left
in addition we had a delayed in
finally the train arrived in
for that my booking in the hotel has been cancellled because i arrived after midnigt
i had to find another hotel in this night which was expensive
I would you to give me a compensation for the disastre you created on my journey.
