We are writing to complain about the No.42 bus service

Firstly, the bus always comes too late and is very crowded.

For example, I was waiting an half hour for the bus,

When it arrived it was too full and the driver did not stop.

Finally, I was late for my job this day.

I expect your company to arrange extra buses for this route.

I hope that this situation will never happen again.
