SAMPLE REPORT
INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to summarize the best and worst aspects of the school.
THE PROBLEMS (THE WORST)
First of all, as there were twenty one of us in the class, we thought the class is not big enough for all of us. Secondly we need more time for the lesson and finally the college buses need to be more frequent.
POSITIVE FINDINGS (THE BEST)
We were pleased with ours teachers, as they were friendly and helpful. In the school restaurant we can buy a big meal for a small price. Secondly the library is organised and we can find all kinds of books, magazines and documentary tapes that we need. In addition the school provides child care for everyone who wants to enjoy the course at school and that means the young parents go back to school again.
SUMMARY
We therefore recommend that reducing the amount of students in the class and that the school provides more school buses. Otherwise we were satisfied with the school.

SAMPLE REPORT
●INTRODUCTION●
The aim of this report is to describe the College’s facilities.
●GOOD FACILITIES●
The Student Union can be very good for students with less financial possibilities. You can obtain low prices for different activities, like pool and you can bring your friends to play video games. You will have to pay the £20 membership to have a free access to these and other activities, like rock climbing, kayaking or football.
The library has got lots of computers (in fact about 64), books, CDs, DVDs and many useful things. There you can find the peace you need. It is a nice place for studying.
The college has a lot of shops where you can buy snacks, drinks, sandwiches you can even buy pens and notebooks.
●BAD FACILITIES●
The gym has old machines, which needs to be updated.
In the canteen the food is very good, except some people who eat only food from their countries.
●CONCLUSION●
In summary, the college has a good range of facilities, which are helpful for all students. In the future we would recommend investing in the gym and canteen.

SAMPLE REPORT
Name: Magdalena Zycinska, Agata Wodecka.
School: City College Plymouth.
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this report is to show what kind of facilities our
college has and show how we would like to improve it through our suggestions.
LEARNING FACILITIES
First of all, we would like to mention about the good furnishings in each
class. When it comes to computers, there are some almost in each
classroom. If you need to use a computer after a lesson you can go to the
library and there is access to the website as well.
In our college we have qualified and friendly teachers who are very
helpful and polite.
LEISURE FACILITIES
We have College Activity Team which you can join
for only £20 per year. Some of the activities include rock climbing, kayaking and drama.
You will also find a restaurant in the college where you can
eat lunch and talk with friends. AT the entrance you will also find the florist.
CONCLUSION
To sum up, my only suggestion would be doing something with the bus,
which is always late or full. However we would recommend our college as great
place to learn good things and spend a nice time
